What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
SIL is NDIS funding for help with everyday tasks in your home, like personal care, cooking, routines and getting out into the community, so you can live as independently as possible with the right support around you.
Do I need SIL in my NDIS plan?
Generally, yes. SIL is funded through your NDIS plan. If you're not sure whether you have it, or you're working on getting it, give us a call. We're happy to talk it through with you, your family or your support coordinator.
Can I visit the home before deciding?
